Choose the apples. It is preferable to choose sweet-sour green varieties that grow in your area, because they are less allergenic. The fruit must be free of dents and dark spots.

Wash the apples under running cold water. After, you should scald them with boiling water. Remove the core and peel.

Option 1. Grate on fine grater. Use a grater made of plastic, glass or stainless steel, so do not puree oxidized and not lose a large amount of vitamin C. If you are on the float of a suitable material, just finely chop the flesh and mash with wooden spoon. The resulting mass wipe 2 times through a sieve.

Option 2. Cut apples in small slices. Place in small saucepan. Pour hot boiling water. The liquid level has to be slightly higher than the level of apples.
